Cette position a \u00e9t\u00e9 exprim\u00e9e le 15 octobre 2026 \u00e0 P\u00e9kin, \u00e0 l\u2019issue d\u2019une rencontre entre le Pr\u00e9sident du Conseil togolais, Faure Essozimna Gnassingb\u00e9, et le Premier ministre chinois, Li Qiang. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les \u00e9changes ont donn\u00e9 lieu \u00e0 une d\u00e9claration conjointe visant \u00e0 renforcer les relations entre les deux pays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans ce document, P\u00e9kin a \u00e9galement salu\u00e9 les efforts du gouvernement togolais dans la mise en \u0153uvre de la Feuille de route gouvernementale 2020-2025. La r\u00e9forme constitutionnelle a instaur\u00e9 un r\u00e9gime parlementaire, avec une nouvelle r\u00e9partition des responsabilit\u00e9s entre le Pr\u00e9sident du Conseil et le Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, ainsi qu\u2019un r\u00f4le accru du Parlement dans le fonctionnement des institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Chine a par ailleurs r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 son soutien au Togo dans la recherche d\u2019un mod\u00e8le de d\u00e9veloppement adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 ses r\u00e9alit\u00e9s nationales. Elle entend accompagner les initiatives de Lom\u00e9, notamment celles pr\u00e9vues dans la Feuille de route gouvernementale 2026-2031, destin\u00e9e \u00e0 soutenir la transformation du pays et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer ses perspectives de d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette volont\u00e9 de coop\u00e9ration s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre d\u2019un partenariat bilat\u00e9ral renforc\u00e9.
