Cette huiti\u00e8me \u00e9dition entend renforcer la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 du secteur \u00e0 travers la transformation locale, la mobilisation de financements durables et la recherche de nouveaux d\u00e9bouch\u00e9s commerciaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de lancement, pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e par Comlan Nomadoli Yakpey, secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du minist\u00e8re du Commerce, repr\u00e9sentant le ministre, a rassembl\u00e9 les principaux acteurs de la cha\u00eene de valeur. Elle a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e par la signature d&rsquo;accords interprofessionnels visant \u00e0 mieux encadrer les activit\u00e9s des producteurs, transformateurs et commer\u00e7ants-exportateurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour cette nouvelle campagne, le prix plancher du soja au bord champ est maintenu \u00e0 220 FCFA le kilogramme. Le Conseil interprofessionnel de la fili\u00e8re soja (CIFS) pr\u00e9voit par ailleurs de commercialiser 300 000 tonnes, contre 250 000 tonnes lors de la pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente saison. Selon son pr\u00e9sident, Gbegnewou Ayebou, ce prix r\u00e9sulte d&rsquo;un consensus obtenu \u00e0 l&rsquo;issue des concertations entre les diff\u00e9rentes organisations professionnelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les transformateurs locaux b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront d&rsquo;une p\u00e9riode prioritaire pour constituer leurs stocks. Pour le soja biologique, cette mesure s&rsquo;\u00e9tend du 6 novembre au 5 d\u00e9cembre 2026, tandis que les acteurs du soja conventionnel disposent d&rsquo;un d\u00e9lai allant jusqu&rsquo;au 31 janvier 2027. La campagne pr\u00e9voit \u00e9galement un renforcement de la tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 des cargaisons, avec l&rsquo;obligation de pr\u00e9senter des documents num\u00e9riques et des justificatifs pour les op\u00e9rations d&rsquo;exportation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prenant la parole au nom du gouvernement, Comlan Nomadoli Yakpey a rappel\u00e9 les difficult\u00e9s auxquelles fait face la fili\u00e8re, notamment la faible productivit\u00e9, l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s limit\u00e9 aux intrants certifi\u00e9s et les contraintes de financement. Il a notamment d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : \u00ab Le d\u00e9veloppement de la fili\u00e8re soja passe n\u00e9cessairement par l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration des rendements, l&rsquo;\u00e9largissement des superficies cultiv\u00e9es, l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s aux intrants de qualit\u00e9 et la mobilisation de financements adapt\u00e9s. \u00bb Il a \u00e9galement insist\u00e9 sur l&rsquo;importance de d\u00e9velopper la transformation locale afin d&rsquo;accro\u00eetre la valeur ajout\u00e9e de la production nationale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il faut noter que les diff\u00e9rentes dispositions annonc\u00e9es, les autorit\u00e9s ambitionnent de consolider les acquis de la fili\u00e8re et d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer son positionnement sur les march\u00e9s. Des m\u00e9canismes de suivi seront mis en place pour veiller au respect des accords, \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9volution des prix et aux r\u00e8gles commerciales.
