Le ministre togolais des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res, Professeur Robert Dussey, a prononc\u00e9 un discours poignant r\u00e9clamant des r\u00e9parations pour l\u2019esclavage, la colonisation et leurs cons\u00e9quences durables. Devant un public compos\u00e9 de responsables politiques, d\u2019universitaires et de membres des diasporas africaines, il a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : \u00ab Le pass\u00e9 ne peut \u00eatre r\u00e9par\u00e9 sans nous. L\u2019avenir ne se construit pas sans justice \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette prise de parole s\u2019inscrit dans la perspective du 9e Congr\u00e8s panafricain pr\u00e9vu \u00e0 Lom\u00e9. Pour le chef de la diplomatie togolaise, cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement sera un espace essentiel de m\u00e9moire, de dialogue et d\u2019action pour un monde plus \u00e9quitable. Le Togo, en tant que pays h\u00f4te, entend affirmer son r\u00f4le moteur dans la revalorisation de l\u2019histoire africaine et la construction d\u2019un avenir commun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En rappelant que le tout premier Congr\u00e8s panafricain s\u2019\u00e9tait tenu \u00e0 Londres en 1900, le Togo veut relier le pass\u00e9 aux luttes actuelles.
