Cette initiative vise \u00e0 faire de l\u2019alphab\u00e9tisation un outil de d\u00e9veloppement humain et d\u2019inclusion sociale. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des approches p\u00e9dagogiques renouvel\u00e9es, le gouvernement entend offrir \u00e0 tous une opportunit\u00e9 \u00e9quitable d\u2019acc\u00e8s au savoir, en lien avec le Plan Sectoriel de l\u2019\u00c9ducation 2020-2030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La campagne a rassembl\u00e9 plusieurs parties prenantes, dont des acteurs \u00e9ducatifs et des repr\u00e9sentants locaux, afin de favoriser une appropriation collective des nouvelles orientations. La strat\u00e9gie cible notamment les enfants de 9 \u00e0 14 ans exclus du syst\u00e8me scolaire, ainsi que les jeunes et adultes de plus de 15 ans en situation d\u2019analphab\u00e9tisme. Selon le Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du minist\u00e8re, N\u2019Gm\u00e9bib Bileba, \u00ab le gouvernement place l\u2019alphab\u00e9tisation parmi ses priorit\u00e9s pour b\u00e2tir une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 responsable, d\u00e9mocratique et transparente \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Soutenue techniquement et financi\u00e8rement par DVV International, cette campagne s\u2019\u00e9tendra bient\u00f4t \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble du territoire. Elle vise \u00e0 redonner \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation non formelle la place qu\u2019elle m\u00e9rite dans la construction de parcours d\u2019\u00e9mancipation.
