La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e en pr\u00e9sence des autorit\u00e9s locales, notamment du pr\u00e9fet, du secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du gouvernorat et des maires. Cette initiative s\u2019inscrit dans la strat\u00e9gie du gouvernement visant \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir les conflits li\u00e9s \u00e0 la transhumance et \u00e0 promouvoir la paix sociale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dix comit\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9s, chacun pour un canton, avec une composition repr\u00e9sentative incluant les chefs traditionnels, les agriculteurs, les \u00e9leveurs, les jeunes, les femmes, les forces de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et des conseillers techniques. Leur mission principale sera d\u2019anticiper les tensions, d\u2019encourager le dialogue et de veiller \u00e0 une cohabitation harmonieuse entre les diff\u00e9rentes communaut\u00e9s concern\u00e9es par la transhumance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le ministre a salu\u00e9 l\u2019engagement des acteurs locaux et a soulign\u00e9 l\u2019importance de la transhumance comme \u00ab un levier de coh\u00e9sion et non de division \u00bb.
