Ce projet, pilot\u00e9 par le minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Environnement, s\u2019inscrit dans la r\u00e9forme 6 de la feuille de route gouvernementale 2020-2025, visant \u00e0 moderniser la l\u00e9gislation environnementale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le texte propose une refonte en profondeur du code forestier adopt\u00e9 en 2008 : 140 articles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 modifi\u00e9s, 13 supprim\u00e9s et 33 nouveaux ajout\u00e9s, portant d\u00e9sormais le total \u00e0 173 articles. Cette r\u00e9vision prend en compte les enjeux actuels de gestion durable et les engagements internationaux du Togo en mati\u00e8re de protection des ressources foresti\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon Dimizou Koffi, secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du minist\u00e8re, \u00ab cette r\u00e9vision s\u2019inscrit dans une dynamique de conformit\u00e9 aux engagements internationaux \u00bb. L\u2019avant-projet sera prochainement transmis au secr\u00e9tariat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du gouvernement pour examen parlementaire.
