Ce soutien financier, compos\u00e9 d\u2019un pr\u00eat de la BAD et d\u2019un appui concessionnel du Fonds pour l\u2019\u00e9nergie durable en Afrique, s\u2019inscrit dans un projet global de 61 millions d\u2019euros d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par EDF. L\u2019infrastructure comprendra une centrale photovolta\u00efque et une ligne de transport de 11 kilom\u00e8tres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette nouvelle installation devrait produire 87 gigawattheures d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 par an, offrant une \u00e9nergie propre et fiable \u00e0 plus de 700.000 Togolais. Elle permettra de r\u00e9duire significativement le d\u00e9ficit \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique dans la r\u00e9gion, tout en rendant l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 plus accessible. Le projet marque une \u00e9tape importante dans la politique \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique du Togo, qui mise sur les renouvelables pour assurer son d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En plus de renforcer l\u2019approvisionnement en \u00e9lectricit\u00e9, la centrale contribuera \u00e0 la lutte contre le changement climatique en r\u00e9duisant les \u00e9missions de CO\u2082 d\u2019environ 13.600 tonnes par an.
