FACAM Stairway : Un mod\u00e8le d’industrialisation locale salu\u00e9 par le gouvernement togolais<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alors que le Togo cherche \u00e0 renforcer son autonomie industrielle, une jeune entreprise togolaise se d\u00e9marque par son ambition et son engagement en faveur de la production locale. Fond\u00e9e en 2023, FACAM Stairway est rapidement pass\u00e9e d\u2019un fabricant de rubans adh\u00e9sifs \u00e0 un acteur majeur de la substitution aux importations dans le secteur des produits d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne et de premi\u00e8re n\u00e9cessit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans son usine multifonctionnelle r\u00e9cemment install\u00e9e, FACAM Stairway produit d\u00e9sormais des couches pour b\u00e9b\u00e9s, des serviettes hygi\u00e9niques, du papier toilette ainsi que d\u2019autres articles en papier, tous jusqu\u2019ici import\u00e9s en masse, souvent par des circuits non r\u00e9glement\u00e9s. Cette production locale r\u00e9pond \u00e0 un besoin strat\u00e9gique de souverainet\u00e9 \u00e9conomique et de lutte contre la d\u00e9pendance aux march\u00e9s ext\u00e9rieurs.\"\"\"\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour son directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, Carlos Attivi, cette transition industrielle r\u00e9pond \u00e0 un double imp\u00e9ratif : \u00ab Nous voulons non seulement industrialiser localement la fabrication de ces produits, mais aussi former les jeunes et cr\u00e9er des emplois durables. Il est temps que notre pays exploite ses propres ressources humaines et technologiques. \u00bb L\u2019entreprise entend faire du made in Togo un label de qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FACAM Stairway ne se limite pas \u00e0 la production industrielle. D\u00e8s septembre prochain, un centre de formation professionnelle gratuite ouvrira ses portes, \u00e0 l\u2019initiative de l\u2019entreprise. L\u2019objectif est de transmettre aux jeunes Togolais des comp\u00e9tences techniques dans l\u2019industrie, de la m\u00e9canique \u00e0 l\u2019intelligence artificielle, pour soutenir une \u00e9conomie locale en pleine mutation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cette vision a \u00e9t\u00e9 salu\u00e9e par les autorit\u00e9s.Au cours d’une visite ce mercredi 28 mai 2025, le ministre d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 en charge de la Consommation locale, Professeur Hounake Kossivi, a exprim\u00e9 son admiration. \u00ab Nous avons vu une organisation qui respecte les normes environnementales et produit des articles de tr\u00e8s bonne qualit\u00e9. M\u00eame l’emballage t\u00e9moigne d\u2019un concept bien pens\u00e9. FACAM Stairway incarne le type d’entreprise que nous devons promouvoir au Togo \u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le ministre a \u00e9galement rappel\u00e9 que \u00ab le minist\u00e8re de la Consommation locale a pour mission de promouvoir l\u2019entrepreneuriat, de soutenir les entreprises nationales et, autant que possible, d\u2019organiser des formations pour que nos jeunes sachent ce qu\u2019est une entreprise et comment en monter une. \u00bb Il a soulign\u00e9 que FACAM Stairway est un exemple concret des efforts du gouvernement pour accompagner les entreprises dirig\u00e9es par des Togolais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cependant, tout n\u2019est pas encore gagn\u00e9. L\u2019entreprise d\u00e9nonce la concurrence d\u00e9loyale li\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019importation illicite de produits similaires, ce qui freine son d\u00e9veloppement et nuit \u00e0 la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 du march\u00e9 local. \u00ab Nous esp\u00e9rons un renforcement des contr\u00f4les et un appui plus structur\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00c9tat pour pr\u00e9server notre \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me industriel \u00bb, plaide Carlos Attivi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Avec FACAM Stairway, le Togo veut incarner une nouvelle dynamique industrielle bas\u00e9e sur la production locale, l\u2019emploi jeune et la valorisation des comp\u00e9tences nationales. Comme le rappelle le ministre Hounake : \u00ab Nous exhortons nos concitoyens \u00e0 consommer ce que nous produisons, et nos entreprises \u00e0 produire ce que nous consommons.
