Cette d\u00e9marche, initi\u00e9e lors d\u2019une rencontre rassemblant gouverneurs, pr\u00e9sidents de conseils r\u00e9gionaux, repr\u00e9sentants minist\u00e9riels et partenaires internationaux, vise \u00e0 offrir un outil structurant et harmonis\u00e9 aux r\u00e9gions dans le cadre du processus de d\u00e9centralisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le futur guide national de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence permettra de concevoir les plans r\u00e9gionaux en tenant compte des sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s locales et des enjeux tels que le changement climatique, la coh\u00e9sion sociale, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et l\u2019inclusion. Selon le ministre de l\u2019am\u00e9nagement du territoire, Koamy Gomado, cet outil \u00ab renforcera l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 du processus de d\u00e9centralisation \u00bb en assurant une meilleure coordination entre les strat\u00e9gies locales et nationales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce projet b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie du soutien de la FAO, du PNUD ainsi que de la coop\u00e9ration allemande via la GIZ.
