Un jeune conducteur de taxi-moto s\u2019est retrouv\u00e9 \u00e0 la barre, accus\u00e9 par son ami de lui avoir fait perdre une moto flambant neuve de marque TVS. Le plaignant affirme lui avoir pr\u00eat\u00e9 l\u2019engin pour une course rapide, mais le jeune homme a disparu pendant trois jours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 son retour, l\u2019accus\u00e9 ne poss\u00e9dait plus la moto et n\u2019avait aucune explication convaincante \u00e0 fournir. C\u2019est cette attitude qui a pouss\u00e9 le propri\u00e9taire \u00e0 saisir la justice. L\u2019engin repr\u00e9sentait un investissement r\u00e9cent, et l\u2019ami trahi r\u00e9clame r\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Devant la Cour, le pr\u00e9venu a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 ne plus se souvenir des circonstances exactes de la perte. Selon ses propos, il aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9 \u00e0 boire un verre dans un bar d\u2019A\u00efdj\u00e8do par un client, et c\u2019est \u00e0 ce moment que tout aurait bascul\u00e9. Il soutient n\u2019avoir aucun souvenir pr\u00e9cis de ce qui s\u2019est pass\u00e9 par la suite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le pr\u00e9judice est estim\u00e9 \u00e0 495.000 FCFA.
