Cet outil cartographique moderne vient renforcer la mise en \u0153uvre du Sch\u00e9ma national d\u2019am\u00e9nagement du territoire (SNAT) \u00e0 l\u2019horizon 2045, avec pour objectif de soutenir un d\u00e9veloppement urbain harmonieux et durable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tude, men\u00e9e depuis plusieurs mois, a permis de rassembler des donn\u00e9es sur les infrastructures existantes, les aspects socio-\u00e9conomiques et l\u2019\u00e9talement urbain. Ces informations sont jug\u00e9es essentielles pour faire face \u00e0 la croissance rapide de la population et mieux organiser l\u2019espace urbain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre 2010 et 2022, la population du Grand Lom\u00e9 est pass\u00e9e de 1,57 \u00e0 2,18 millions d\u2019habitants, sans extension de sa superficie. Cette densification a engendr\u00e9 une pression sur les services de base, provoqu\u00e9 une urbanisation d\u00e9sordonn\u00e9e et affaibli la coh\u00e9rence territoriale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ce nouvel outil g\u00e9ospatial, les autorit\u00e9s peuvent d\u00e9sormais mieux r\u00e9partir les \u00e9quipements publics.
