Cette op\u00e9ration concernera un total de 3 429 balles de friperie, mises \u00e0 disposition conform\u00e9ment aux textes en vigueur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La proc\u00e9dure suivra le principe classique des ench\u00e8res : les biens seront attribu\u00e9s au plus offrant et dernier ench\u00e9risseur. Les r\u00e8glements devront \u00eatre effectu\u00e9s imm\u00e9diatement et en esp\u00e8ces, avec une majoration de 12 %. Les acqu\u00e9reurs auront l\u2019obligation d\u2019enlever les marchandises sans d\u00e9lai apr\u00e8s adjudication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour participer, chaque candidat doit s\u2019acquitter d\u2019un droit d\u2019enregistrement non remboursable fix\u00e9 \u00e0 5 000 FCFA, payable \u00e0 la section du contentieux de la Direction des Op\u00e9rations Douani\u00e8res. Un re\u00e7u s\u00e9curis\u00e9 sera d\u00e9livr\u00e9 en guise de preuve. Pass\u00e9 17h30, tout adjudicataire n\u2019ayant pas r\u00e9gl\u00e9 int\u00e9gralement ses achats verra son op\u00e9ration automatiquement annul\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement, plac\u00e9 sous la supervision du cabinet de Me DJAGNIKPO Y\u00e9wa, Commissaire-Priseur, s\u2019inscrit dans une d\u00e9marche de transparence et de bonne gestion des biens saisis par les douanes.
