L\u2019ancienne pr\u00e9sidente de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale succ\u00e8de \u00e0 Philippe Kokou Tchodi\u00e9, apr\u00e8s cinq ann\u00e9es de service. La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie officielle de passation de charges s\u2019est tenue ce vendredi 24 octobre 2025 au si\u00e8ge de l\u2019OTR \u00e0 Lom\u00e9, en pr\u00e9sence de plusieurs autorit\u00e9s administratives et financi\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette nomination marque un retour remarqu\u00e9 de Mme Ts\u00e8gan dans les hautes sph\u00e8res de l\u2019administration publique. Apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 ministre de l\u2019Urbanisme, de l\u2019Habitat et de la R\u00e9forme fonci\u00e8re, puis d\u00e9put\u00e9e, elle a r\u00e9cemment \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lue maire de la commune de Kp\u00e9l\u00e9 2. Son parcours, alliant exp\u00e9rience politique et sens du management, laisse entrevoir une nouvelle dynamique au sein de l\u2019administration fiscale togolaise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019OTR, cr\u00e9\u00e9 par la loi du 10 d\u00e9cembre 2012, joue un r\u00f4le central dans la mobilisation des ressources de l\u2019\u00c9tat. L\u2019institution est charg\u00e9e du recouvrement des imp\u00f4ts, taxes et droits de douane pour le compte de l\u2019\u00c9tat et des collectivit\u00e9s territoriales. Elle \u0153uvre \u00e9galement \u00e0 renforcer la transparence et le civisme fiscal, tout en luttant contre la fraude et la corruption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sous la direction de Yawa Djigbodi Ts\u00e8gan, les attentes sont grandes quant \u00e0 la poursuite des r\u00e9formes engag\u00e9es pour optimiser les recettes publiques et am\u00e9liorer le climat fiscal.
