Par une d\u00e9cision rendue publique le 12 novembre 2025, la ministre Mama Omorou a annul\u00e9 une pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente note administrative datant de juin 2024, estimant qu\u2019elle ne r\u00e9pondait plus aux exigences actuelles de coh\u00e9rence dans la conduite du programme conjoint. Cette nouvelle orientation s\u2019inscrit dans une volont\u00e9 de rendre plus efficace la mise en \u0153uvre des actions pr\u00e9vues dans le secteur \u00e9ducatif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans ce cadre, le minist\u00e8re rappelle que le Programme de coop\u00e9ration Togo-UNICEF rel\u00e8ve institutionnellement du Secr\u00e9tariat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 un arr\u00eat\u00e9 de 2021. La nouvelle d\u00e9cision vise donc \u00e0 r\u00e9aligner la gestion du partenariat avec les textes en vigueur et \u00e0 assurer une meilleure coordination des initiatives men\u00e9es sur le terrain. Le document souligne que cette reformulation de l\u2019organisation interne est essentielle pour garantir une ex\u00e9cution harmonis\u00e9e des activit\u00e9s pr\u00e9vues avec l\u2019organisation onusienne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9sormais, la supervision du programme est officiellement confi\u00e9e au Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du minist\u00e8re, qui devient l\u2019unique responsable de sa coordination.
