Au Togo, les tensions entre administration centrale et pouvoirs locaux refont surface apr\u00e8s une d\u00e9cision du pr\u00e9fet du Golfe, Kossivi Agbodan, qui a ordonn\u00e9 la reprise totale d\u2019une r\u00e9cente r\u00e9union du Conseil municipal de Golfe 4. Dans un courrier officiel adress\u00e9 au maire Jean-Pierre Fabre, il estime que la session consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 la mise en place des commissions permanentes a \u00e9t\u00e9 entach\u00e9e d\u2019irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9s, notamment l\u2019absence de notification pr\u00e9alable \u00e0 l\u2019autorit\u00e9 pr\u00e9fectorale, pourtant exig\u00e9e par le d\u00e9cret n\u00b02025-049\/PR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le pr\u00e9fet rel\u00e8ve \u00e9galement des manquements dans le mode d\u2019\u00e9lection des responsables des commissions. Selon lui, le Conseil municipal a proc\u00e9d\u00e9 par un vote en s\u00e9ance pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re, alors que la loi impose que ces choix soient effectu\u00e9s au sein de chaque commission s\u00e9par\u00e9ment. Il pointe en outre le cas de la commission des affaires domaniales et techniques, rest\u00e9e sans attribution, qu\u2019il consid\u00e8re comme un signe de dysfonctionnement majeur dans la gestion municipale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Face \u00e0 ces \u00ab d\u00e9faillances substantielles \u00bb, Kossivi Agbodan exige une reprise compl\u00e8te du processus, tout en appelant \u00e0 une distribution plus \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e des responsabilit\u00e9s internes. Cette d\u00e9cision intervient dans un climat politique d\u00e9j\u00e0 charg\u00e9, marqu\u00e9 par les relations tendues entre Jean-Pierre Fabre, figure de l\u2019opposition, et l\u2019administration centrale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
