Cette d\u00e9cision fait suite \u00e0 des investigations r\u00e9v\u00e9lant que la cha\u00eene diffusait sans disposer de l\u2019autorisation l\u00e9gale requise, en violation des textes r\u00e9gissant l\u2019exercice des m\u00e9dias au Togo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon la HAAC, les contr\u00f4les men\u00e9s par ses services ont permis d\u2019\u00e9tablir que SUNAH TV TOGO \u00e9mettait par satellite de mani\u00e8re irr\u00e9guli\u00e8re. Les investigations techniques ont \u00e9galement conduit \u00e0 la localisation du site d\u2019\u00e9dition des programmes, install\u00e9 de fa\u00e7on clandestine \u00e0 Ago\u00e8 Zongo, au domicile de l\u2019Imam Agoro, dans la pr\u00e9fecture d\u2019Ago\u00e9-Nyiv\u00e9, confirmant ainsi le caract\u00e8re ill\u00e9gal des activit\u00e9s de la cha\u00eene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019institution de r\u00e9gulation pr\u00e9cise que cette fermeture intervient apr\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9chec de plusieurs tentatives de r\u00e9gularisation. Malgr\u00e9 des rappels \u00e0 l\u2019ordre et des d\u00e9lais accord\u00e9s, dont une ultime \u00e9ch\u00e9ance fix\u00e9e au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2025, aucune d\u00e9marche concr\u00e8te n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 engag\u00e9e. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En cons\u00e9quence, la HAAC interdit \u00e0 SUNAH TV TOGO toute diffusion, production audiovisuelle et pr\u00e9sence m\u00e9diatique, r\u00e9affirmant ainsi sa d\u00e9termination \u00e0 faire respecter strictement le cadre l\u00e9gal afin de pr\u00e9server un paysage m\u00e9diatique togolais assaini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Haute Autorit\u00e9 de l\u2019Audiovisuel et de la Communication (HAAC) a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de suspendre imm\u00e9diatement les activit\u00e9s de la cha\u00eene satellitaire SUNAH TV TOGO sur toute l\u2019\u00e9tendue du territoire national.
