Il qualifie cet \u00e9pisode de \u00ab moment sombre \u00bb pour le football africain, estimant qu\u2019il entache l\u2019image de la discipline sur le continent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Selon le ministre, cette d\u00e9cision suscite une forte incompr\u00e9hension et une vague d\u2019indignation au sein de l\u2019opinion publique africaine. Il consid\u00e8re qu\u2019elle porte atteinte \u00e0 la dignit\u00e9 du football africain et alimente un sentiment de frustration. Pour lui, au-del\u00e0 du r\u00e9sultat sportif, c\u2019est la perception globale de justice qui est mise \u00e0 mal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Bien qu\u2019il reconnaisse que certains acteurs invoquent le strict respect des r\u00e8glements, Gilbert Bawara insiste sur le fait que les r\u00e8gles doivent avant tout servir l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat collectif. Il estime qu\u2019elles ne devraient pas \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des tensions ou des divisions, mais plut\u00f4t contribuer \u00e0 l\u2019harmonie et \u00e0 la cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 des comp\u00e9titions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Le ministre souligne enfin que cette affaire d\u00e9passe le simple cadre juridique et soul\u00e8ve des interrogations sur la gouvernance du football africain.
