Apr\u00e8s avoir d\u00e9j\u00e0 introduit la d\u00e9livrance d\u2019attestations en ligne, l\u2019institution renforce d\u00e9sormais son dispositif en lan\u00e7ant la digitalisation de ses formations, dans une logique de modernisation continue des services publics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Cette nouvelle \u00e9tape s\u2019est mat\u00e9rialis\u00e9e par la pr\u00e9sentation, le mardi 19 mai \u00e0 Lom\u00e9, d\u2019une plateforme de formation baptis\u00e9e \u00ab e-format \u00bb aux membres du Bassin national des formateurs (BNF). Cet outil vise \u00e0 offrir une formation \u00e0 distance plus accessible et adapt\u00e9e aux acteurs de la commande publique, en leur permettant de suivre des modules structur\u00e9s sans contrainte de d\u00e9placement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Selon le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral par int\u00e9rim de l\u2019ARCOP, Aftar Tour\u00e9 Morou, cette initiative s\u2019inscrit dans un vaste programme de modernisation et de d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialisation des proc\u00e9dures li\u00e9es aux march\u00e9s publics. Elle ambitionne de rendre les services plus efficaces tout en am\u00e9liorant la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019apprentissage des acteurs concern\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Plus largement, cette r\u00e9forme accompagne la dynamique de transformation digitale engag\u00e9e par l\u2019\u00c9tat dans le secteur public au Togo.
