L’Autorit\u00e9 de r\u00e9gulation de la commande publique (ARCOP) a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de suspendre la proc\u00e9dure d’attribution du lot n\u00b07 d’un march\u00e9 de construction lanc\u00e9 par le minist\u00e8re de l’\u00c9ducation nationale. Cette mesure fait suite \u00e0 un recours d\u00e9pos\u00e9 par l’entreprise Travail Garanti Assur\u00e9 (TGA), qui conteste les r\u00e9sultats de la r\u00e9\u00e9valuation des offres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Le litige concerne un appel d’offres publi\u00e9 en novembre 2025 pour la construction d’un b\u00e2timent de quatre salles de classe au Centre de formation technique et professionnelle (CFTP) de Nots\u00e8. \u00c0 l’issue de la r\u00e9\u00e9valuation des dossiers, TGA a \u00e9t\u00e9 inform\u00e9e que son offre n’avait pas \u00e9t\u00e9 retenue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Estimant que cette d\u00e9cision lui causait un pr\u00e9judice, l’entreprise a d’abord saisi la Personne responsable des march\u00e9s publics du minist\u00e8re afin d’obtenir une r\u00e9vision des r\u00e9sultats. Cette d\u00e9marche ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 rejet\u00e9e, elle a ensuite port\u00e9 l’affaire devant le Comit\u00e9 de r\u00e8glement des diff\u00e9rends (CRD) de l’ARCOP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Apr\u00e8s avoir jug\u00e9 le recours recevable, le CRD a ordonn\u00e9 la suspension imm\u00e9diate de la proc\u00e9dure d’attribution du lot concern\u00e9. Le march\u00e9 restera donc en attente jusqu’\u00e0 la d\u00e9cision d\u00e9finitive du comit\u00e9 sur le fond du dossier, qui d\u00e9terminera la suite du processus.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
